I use http://tweetdeck.com and download the application. but it has api issues a lot (meaning it sometimes stops showing everyone's tweets for a while, usually if you follow a lot of people who like to twit, lol)

on my other pc i use twhirl, but i don't like it "that" much

and i used "tweeterberry" on my phone.
