Email is a whole other ballgame than copyright. Email is PRIVATE and should be kept that way unless it pertains to business matters or murder investigations. As for all other content such as blogs, photos and video, it should ALL fall under the copyright of its creators, regardless of where it's posted. We've already seen many instances of blogs being plagiarized and photos and videos being altered without original creator consent. It may not be PREVENTABLE, but it can be ENFORCED; the difference of what I just stated is clear to anyone. Also, content hosts NEED to RESPECT the WISHES and INTENT of the content creators they are playing host to, and not make a CENT from the content without rights to the creator, regardless of their bottom line. NO EXCEPTIONS and this should also be federally enforced.
