I am from my mom and my dad who protect me when I'm sad
From two brothers as well as two sisters that I'm really glad I have.
I am from being an innocent little girl & swinging on the swings
From growing up with Kendyl, Jessa and Layne and seeing Ke$ha sing (I HAD TO PUT THAT....SORRY)
I am from knowing what is right and what is wrong
From thinking my poem should probably become a song
I am from Disney movies and slumber parties
From lollipops and the candy 'smarties'
I am from pre school to high school
From the old saying "girls rule, boys drool"
I am from growing up on the softball field
From learning I can't trust girls 'cause my secrets may be revealed
I am from private schools and lemonade stands
From Memphis Tennessee where we love each other and hold hands
I am from plenty of mistakes but honestly no regrets
From trying to find myself in this world I still don't get.
I am from hours of plane rides every summer just to see the ocean's tide
From perfect hello's to the most heartbreaking goodbyes
I am from knowing my own truth when all everyone speaks about me are lies.

My last name's Fillion 'cause I'm one in a million, I'm actually worth a billion, no, try a trillion, if you think you're a zillion, you're not 'cause you're not Monica Fillion.
POEM 2:
Last name Fillion, first name Monica. You know we party 8 days straight, no Hanukkah. I'm one in a million, my swagger's on a trillion. You can't be worth a zillion cause you're not Monica Fillion.

I am from... Memphis Tennessee where the guys all like ugly girls so I guess they can't see.

You already know the name, no need for introduction. I reside in Memphis Tennessee. All eyes on me. Doggin all these playas, call that animal cruelty. I run this town like I am royalty.
