We all get together every weekend for four or five hours and pre-compose our responses for the coming week. Then we run the results by a panel of the world's top comedians to ensure they're of the utmost quality and cleverness. Once we get back the real winners, we draw lots out of a hat, then we knife fight for the right to the best responses. It's a process we've had in place for a while and it's worked pretty well, I guess.
