nah. Someone gifted it to me, but I couldn't figure anything out. Without proper tuts it demands a time investment I'm unable to make right now. Maybe when work slows down a bit.

sorry, not that I know of. It's only available in the movie itself, so you could probably record it from there, if you wanted.

I have no idea, sorry. The last time I animated on paper was at Disney in 2004 and our paper was hole-punched by the supplies store guy. I've been 100% digital since then. Nowadays you can probably find 2D animation supplies only in stores that specialise in that stuff. Sorry I can't be more help. Maybe search for a 2D animators forum or Facebook group, someone there might be able to help you.

Had to learn it quickly for a freelance project, so I took a week off to read the manuals and practice. After about 3 days I had a pretty good handle on it.

My Steam library tells me I've only played 19 hours of Warhammer (Chaos Rising), so I'm not exactly a hardcore WH guy. Lobo is a DC comics character. If you can find "The Last Czarnian" (3 issues with art by Simon Bisley) that's the one that made me decide I wanted to be a comic book artist. It was long before a career in animation even crossed my mind.

No problem with the Warhammer universe, StarCraft 2 or Wolverine and I'm a huge Lobo fan. But personally I just think the cigar as a character flaw belongs in the 1980s.

99% of my voice work is unaltered, but for the other 1% it's just the occasional pitch shift, which you can do in pretty much any audio software. My program of choice though is Adobe Audition. I've been using it since before Adobe acquired it, when it was called Cool Edit.

No, that is entirely false. Though I did get a really good claw hammer for Christmas and some big shiny nails. If she comes near me.. who knows?

That's right, I don't use Flash at all any more. I'm doing all the art and animation in Harmony and exporting it as .swf sequences. Then Sean imports those .swfs into Flash for programming.

I don't know anything about working to iOS, but with Harmony, I would export .png image sequences, or video sequences where possible, then have those compiled or coded in whatever program is used to make the game.

I think it would be cool to meet up with Brackenwood fans some day in one place. Like I've always wanted to get a table in artist alley at San Diego ComicCon one year. And we can all go for a drink over the road all wearing Bitey shirts and kicking fatsacks around. Yeah that'd be beautiful.

Didn't play all the ones I wanted to, but on PC I played Batman: Arkham City, Borderlands 2, Dishonored, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, lots of Skyrim and TF2 (as always) and on XBox I played I Am Alive and Spelunky. The best experience I think would have to be Dishonored, then I Am Alive. Played them both right through to the end and immediately wanted to play them again.

It often depends on which one I feel like doing at the time. Generally I animate first over a rough sketch of the background. But sometimes if I need a break from animation, I'll do a bunch of BGs first.

focus on your passion. If you're an artist who wants to make games, you don't necessarily have to draw anything. For example, GameMaker Pro allows you to develop prototypes with placeholder or stock graphics. Also, 3D animation is essentially puppetry. You're keyframing models around. No drawing involved.
Drawing is a good skill but don't let your artistic limitations hold you back. There are alternatives.

Then of course there's always the question of collaboration. If you have a game idea, try teaming up with people/friends who are skilled in key areas like art, programming or audio. How you convince them to work on your game however, that's up to you :)

yep that's the same one I have embedded on my site. I don't know who the uploader is but true, the quality isn't that great. The files are all on a storage drive here so I should probably upload it to my own channel in HD.

Funny that I love chess yet I always found it difficult to get into strategy games. That said, I have a few in my library. Someone recently gifted DotA 2 to me on Steam, so I'll be giving that a shot very soon.
