Honestly, I think you need to move on. Not matter how much you try, you can't make someone have feelings for you and you shouldn't waste anymore time and energy on it. Relationships rarely work the second time round, let alone the third and you will always find someone else who will love you without you even having to try. I think you need to distance yourself from this boy for a little while, just so you can get over him properly and much more easily. Then you can always stay friends if you want to but you won't be hurting yourself in the process. xxx
