In the manga? Nope. In the final pages we see her in bed with Mamoru, and they get married shortly after. Chibiusa is conceived during their wedding day.

In the anime, there's no sign of this.

Chibiusa comes from the future, so it's likely she was conceived in the same way as everyone else. Chibiusa is the daughter of both Usagi and Mamoru. At the end of the manga, Usagi becomes pregnant with her :)
