Nope, though I've always wanted to cosplay as Sailor Moon :D The senshi fuku looks hard to make though, and I'm not sure I'll look okay with a blonde wig XDD

I don't really have a list...I love a lot of the characters the same (even the villains)! But for the purpose of answering this specific question gimme a moment to list and count.. XD

In the manga? Nope. In the final pages we see her in bed with Mamoru, and they get married shortly after. Chibiusa is conceived during their wedding day.
In the anime, there's no sign of this. -
Chibiusa comes from the future, so it's likely she was conceived in the same way as everyone else. Chibiusa is the daughter of both Usagi and Mamoru. At the end of the manga, Usagi becomes pregnant with her :)

In the manga, Seiya is 100% female. She has always been a woman but disguises herself as a male by dressing up like a man- much like Haruka.
In the anime, Sailor Star Fighter is also a woman, but Seiya~ her human form on earth, is indeed a man. Seiya has a male body. When Seiya transforms into Sailor Star Fighter, "he" literally turns back into a "she". It's hard to define Seiya's gender because it changes, but her true form is female.
This makes Sailor Star Fighter a lesbian, because she loves Sailor Moon. -

I thought it was very strange (and amusing) that in the Sailor Stars Italian dub, the Sailor Starlights are the "twin sisters" of their male self to cover up the sex-changing henshin O.o Wow, who comes up with this stuff XD
