      Depends on what body type you are either mesomorph, endomorph or ectomorph. But let's say your training to lower your fat percentage just eat clean and don't be afraid to add some cardio to your workout but remember diet is key.

      You have to put on a bit of fat to get the body you want in bodybuilding. It will make you look worse as you put on fat but it's all worth it in the long run. Your body requires more calories because your base metabolic rate is much faster then others. Good luck and train hard.

      When people call me a show off, if a fat person has the shirt off it's normal but if someone aesthetic does it's the end of the world
