To begin with its neither tough nor easy. I am sure that to be in any profession, nothing comes off easy. If you have passion in architecture and design, I'm sure it will benefit you. But I must warn you that you will have sleepless nights and your eyes glued to the computer nearly 24/7 to handle submissions. You will have to present and try 'sell'(convince) your work infront of your peers and professors/lecturers or in other words a critic session.

The 'black & white' venue is at Bukit Chandu Museum, you can get there by car and for 'where are all the horsies' it's situated at punggol end, near to the new car park.

If I remember clearly, it's near to Tanah Merah ferry terminal there, it's some sailing beach club I think. I can't recall the name of the dinner place.

Thanks!😃Since you are afraid that he won't take good care of a crafted calendar or scrapbook , maybe you can start with creating a picture frame of you and him. Probably a picture of an unforgettable event which includes both and you. You can get a frame at IKEA and start pasting those embellishments/scrapbook stickers.😁
