My life as me

Sure!! :) Feel free to ask questions, I like to answer ;) I will tell you full story!! I get excited about knowing about this type of histories too :) I will give you full details in names and cities since you like names too :) My husband has an Italian father, and a mexican mother, so he has 2 nationalities. My children will be getting both mexican and italian nationalities when they get born :) His father's family came to Mexico from Segusino, it is a town in northern Italy, that is near of Slovenia. This family believes their lastname is after a city of Slovenia named Zaga, that is near to border with Italy. Lastname for this family is Zago. His family came along with some other families from Segusino and Treviso, also a town in Veneto region in Italy. When arriving to Mexico, they founded a "Little Italy" town named Chipilo. This town is still in Italian-old-days fashion, and have keep their Venetian dialect alive. My father-in-law learned Venetian dialect from his parents, and later he had to go out of town since junior high, so he learned to talk Spanish when he was like 13 or 14 (he says it took a while and was a little difficult to learn at first place). He has blessed to be able to learn to talk some languages like Italian, French, English, German, after all this.
More data for you a name-nerd ;).....They have 30 lastnames alive in Chipilo town like: Bagatella, Barbisán, Berra, Bertoni, Bortolini, Bortolotti, Bronca, Colombo, Crivelli, Dossetti, Fascinetto, Galeazzi, Lavazzi, Martini, Mazzocco, Merlo, Minutti, Mioni, Montagner, Orlansino, Piloni, Précoma, Salvatori, Sevenello, Simoni, Spezzia, Stefanoni, Vanzzini, Zago, Zanella y Zecchinelli.
And Veneto dialect from Chipilo looks like this:
Chipilo ła xe stàda fundàda en el 2 de otobre de 1882 da enmigradi que i vieniva da la rejon de el Vèneto, en Italia, La maxoransa de ei i vien da Segusino (Trevixo). I enmigradi i xèra veniudi en Mèxico par çercar tere fertili et par scansàr da la puertà que gèra en Vèneto en qhela epoca. Pluxori i xè dedicò a el slevo. i sò produti de late i xèra diveniui famoxi en multe xone de el Mèxico.
About languages: My husband listened to this dialect at home, but he learned spanish too, so he understands Veneto dialect, Italian also because it is kind of similar. But he is more proficient in Spanish than in Veneto dialect or Italian. Although he is very good at English language, he learned attending classes, and I used that method too to learn English. We are trying to learn italian very well now, he is far better than me now. I am starting to learn from zero knowledge.
Weird things in life: my name kind of get me a husband hahahah!!! He tells this story: he listened to my name for first time at work, and wondered if it was italian....and keep asking who was this person (me). Later, when we where engaged, my father-in-love told me my lastname is also of italian origin, which I ignored!!! So I started to do some research about it (that information never let me), and after some time I have come across to official documentation that my ancestor was italian indeed, changed his italian lastname Schiappapria to Chapa for better adaptation to this country (Mexico). So, that explained why almost 80% of names from my genealogical tree are of italian origin, but in Spanish. And I will try to get that kind of names for our children :)
Hope it was interesting to read about this, as a "name-nerd" you are and also from a languages-learning-point-of-view ;) -
I dislike names ending in -in. But I definitely have to say that Aryn is so much better than Arlyn or Arleen :)

I am currently in the goal of getting trilingual :) I would like to have my children talk more than one language, that is important because they are getting 2 nationalities when they get born.

I love the nn Bella too :) what I love the most is that letter before bella is an I and not an A.

If I were rich, then I would be an stay-home mom and have 6 natural children. If I wouldn't be able to conceive, then I would get a set of 2 or three children that are either family of friends (so, one child don't feel lonely). My husband doesn't support this idea totally because he thinks he might be OK with only 1 children. And because we are not rich and both have to work.

I think is a good name :)

I am getting again and again to Gian, as both, name or short name for any Gian-plus-some-other-name (this is because Il Volo italian band, and because of my husband). Also, I have come to rediscover Pablo, after watching Midnight in Paris movie (per Pablo Picasso character, and also because of my husband hahaha). Also, found that name Ariana is going up like a rocket in my area. Also, seeing that Amelia is going up, Andrea is one of the favorite's because every family seems to have one...and I am getting tired of Antonella, a name I used to consider fashionist and strong :(
