I've started collecting. I have a lawnmower, snowblower, push broom, shovel, rake, and even a pitchfork to turn the compost pile. One day I might like a chipper. But I think the most realistic next purchase while be a wheel barrow.

I tell people at least 500 but recently its been more like 700-800.

I primarily use the 35 1.4 and the 50 1.2. Although I've started using my 24 1.4 more recently and really like that as well, but its uses are limited. I also use the 135 2.0 occasionally.

No, I just use on-camera bounce flash.

I have no control over my wife. If she wants to get a dog she can get a dog. However, I will continue to express my disapproval until we have kids or at least a home with a yard of our own. And I hope the dog she gets won't be too small. I don't want to feel emasculated every time I walk the thing.

I don't know if it's considered the Cape, but I love the Overbrook House in Buzzard's Bay. It's unpretentious. It's just a house you make your own for the weekend.

I love coffee. I've been giving it up during the summers because I don't like the idea of being dependent on something, but I love the ritual of grinding beans in the winter. It's time for me to start drinking coffee again, but I'm a little hesitant. The discomfort of quitting is still fresh in my mind.

I love them all (and the way suffering through one makes you appreciate the next). Fall and spring are the only times that I don't complain about being too hot or too cold though. Even though I love the burst of life after a long winter, I'd have to choose fall because the temperatures are perfect, I like hibernating, it leads into a really festive and social part of the year, and who doesn't like sweaters?

I'm not sure. But I love the post office. People like to complain about it, but I think it's amazing that for under 50 cents I can send a letter to anywhere in the country and it's there in a couple of days with extraordinary reliability.

Hmm. It would be pretty cool to photograph your grandparents' wedding. That's what I would like to photograph.

I had two questions sitting there for a few weeks that I kept forgetting about. Also Formspring is kind of buggy and doesn't always update you when new questions come in.
But mainly people stopped asking me questions. I don't get it though. Where are people getting their answers if not from me? -
It was a beer. I forced it down while trying to look cool doing it. I would like to say that the first time I got intoxicated I was sipping a glass of bourbon, but in reality I got my first buzz drinking Pina Coladas. Shameful, but delicious.

I like a good beer. I'll kind of drink anything for the most part. I like cocktails but am usually too lazy to make one. Beers are easy and immediate.

Yes. Or, I did once on a deep sea fishing trip when I was 15. I have been on a few different types of boats since then without getting sick. Hopefully it's behind me, but I'm not sure. I was flying in a Cessna once and thought I might get sick. But I was looking through a 200 mm lens towards the ground the whole time. That's my own fault.

I gave him to Brooke many years ago. She still has him in the bed. I'm a grown man, and I sleep with stuffed animals. Shameful. -
I enjoy the act of creating. I especially enjoy creating with other people, mainly my wife. It's a nice way to decompress at the end of the day when we find the time and energy to do it. When we have company over it's not as fun if it's an evolved process that needs to be prepared just before eating. I don't like that very much. But that's what casseroles are for.

It comes as a surprise to a lot of people that my life wasn't always champagne wishes and caviar dreams. But, there wasn't a lot of money post-college, so I relied on "The Four-ingredient Cookbook" my mom got me in college. One of the finer delicacies was Cowboy Stew. I think it was one pound of ground beef, a can of beans, a can of corn, and a can of tomatoes. I feel like there was one other ingredient that made it more sauce-y, but that would be five ingredients. And that would be impossible.

What's up with that? I used to claim I hated sports. I held on to that until about 3 years ago. Then my body left it's prime, and I was put in touch with my mortality. So I think my interest in other people's physical prowess became strong just as I was losing my own. Not that I was ever able to connect a wooden stick with a 100-mile fastball or anything.
I went to a D1 school and attended maybe two sporting events in 4 years. I somehow felt cool to say I wasn't interested. Bouncing a ball was just too simple for me I thought. It's kind of like all those years when I would proudly tell people I didn't watch TV, until I realized it was a lot more fun to just watch TV. -
Is Mark Ruffalo available? Am I flattering myself? Can we have his people call my people?

In the morning Brooke likes to lay in peace, and I like to talk to her and squeeze her. She doesn't like this and yells at me, but I just can't see anything wrong with this behavior. There might be a few other things I'd rather not admit to publicly.
