Yeah sometimes the do but its up to them. You have to take into account that they have load in & soundcheck and that they may be tired due to travel etc.
-
to be honest i never notice the stuff posted up on the windows.
-
we were not in attendance to this show but im sure if you search on flickr you may be able to find something from photographers who were there.

DSLRs are allowed at Chain. However, under certain circumstances cameras are sometimes not allowed but it's very rare. As for where you are allowed to shoot, if you don't have a photopass/wristband you won't be allowed to stand on stage but you can hang around the wall.

Tickets are still available but it WILL SELL OUT so get your tickets quick! :)
-
I'm glad you went and enjoyed it! It's always bittersweet when it's a band's last show!

I don't think the security guards are bad people. Their job is to keep the club safe for everyone so if they have to be aggressive they will be aggressive. I've said this before, any club is the same way, security guards don't go looking for trouble they just do their job on assuring safety for everyone that is at the club. Hopefully this helps!

The maximum capacity for Chain Reaction is about 250. Hopefully that gives you a little bit of an idea. Therefore, when we say it'll sell out, most likely the show will sell out so you should get your tickets early!

Unless you're the band playing, have a wrist band (usually family and friends) or media technically you're not allowed on the stage. Although, people who decide to crowd surf do end up on stage but are immediately pushed off by the security guards.
As for filming, if you use a digital camera to film a show I'm pretty sure that's fine but if you have a professional camera you need to contact the club about that. Hope this all helps! -
The Wonder Years have their own headline show at Chain! Check the website for all the info :)
Sorry we've neglected our formspring. It has not been letting me log on for some reason. -
It will be soon. We'll let you know when they go on sale!
-
The Set Your Goals shows have been announced already so hurry and buy your tickets before they sell out!

Ska originated from Jamaica. It is a fusion of elements from american, R&B, rock n roll, music from africa and the neighboring islands of Jamaica. It is a precursor to rocky steady music and later reggae.
Oc Supertones was a big ska band for a while, you may be familiar with them. -
people get press passes through the bands publicist (to take photos/conduct interviews etc) for the most part.
-
to be honest, I do not know. You can always mention booking a ska band when you're at chain, talk to the people at the box office.
-
you may not be a fan of breathe but they are a band that sells.. that is prob. one of the few reasons they were booked at chain.
-
we run the street team. we know a lot about chain/upcoming shows/past shows and everything in between when it comes to chain. we get asked a lot about chain etc and we figured it would be a good idea. (our opinion)
