I would argue that there's no such thing as "relevant worship" as if there is "irrelevant worship". Worshiping Jesus is relevant and that is the point that we need to get across to this generation, and we do that through relevant music. Scripture does not define a sacred style of music, therefore we have the freedom to sing our praises to Jesus in a way that speaks this generation's musical language. We are not trying to make Jesus relevant, rather we are trying to communicate that Jesus IS relevant to this generation and all generations.

      Why wait?

There is a stigma in American culture about getting married that I believe is bit ridiculous. Whenever Skyler and I began dating and moving closer to marriage in our relationship, I was nervous about my age. I sought council from a lot of guys that were married that I looked up to. Mots of them were pretty helpful, always erred on the side of waiting, it seemed like, but gave me wisdom that I probably needed. What changed my mind was a conversation I had with a cousin of mine who I have looked up to my whole life. I shared with him my concerns about how old we were and the fact that I didn't have $10,000 sitting in a savings account with a career under way. He told me that I would never be at a place where I was financial stable enough to be married, and he would even encourage us to get married young. He said he wished he would have gotten married young, because all of the growing, learning, and maturing that you do in your 20's is way better together than alone. You develop habits with each other instead alone and having to break away from those when you get married. You get to go through the really rough times together which would build our relationship later on. He told me that as long as our parents are okay with it then he said there is no reason to wait. It made sense and I'm glad I didn't.

I haven't taken any classes for photography, though I did take a few art classes at a local community college. I've learned everything through books, blogs, and personal experience.

I saw a couple of people on Twitter who had one; namely: Jeremy Spring from Abandon Kansas and Daley Hake. Then my father-in-law was talking to me about it the other day, so I signed up!
