Webster Hall was incredible! It was my first time on keys...and it felt so good. For the first time, I felt like I was part of creating the soundscape in the room. It felt amazing!

That's a good question! I don't have an exact answer yet....BUT...I'd like to say in the next couple years I'll have something out on a solo project. The reason being, I'll be developing my writing and performance alongside Ian Axel for the next year or 2...and in the next few months we'll be performing a lot more duo tunes which i'm really looking forward to. I think you'll dig what's to come!

I was in the music business program which was have music classes and half business classes. I don't remember the business classes much.

Wow...thank you! That's awesome that you can feel/see that... I started doing music when I was about 5 or 6...my mom put me in tap dancing school and from there I started singing old standards by frank sinatra and Al Jolsen. That led me to acting as well...I did a lot of small bit parts as a kid...some of which you may find on youtube :)
I decided that I wanted to do music full time about 2 years ago. Right after I got out of college I started working at a record label. I knew that the business side was NOT the side I was supposed to be on...and ian and I started writing a bunch then and I even was beginning to sing in his sets...it kind of all fell into place after that... -

AHHHh thank you! it felt incredible to bring that song to life. that was the first ever performance...and i'm so excited to see where it goes from here. perhaps a full band? we'll see. i can't wait.

That's a tough one....but if we're talking strictly moments in time....when ian and i were writing Afterglow in an NYU classroom...and we had the melody of the line "I promise I'll find you in the afterglow" but we couldn't get any lyrics to fit...we had "afterglow" as the last word of the phrase, and i believe we soon had "I promise" as the start of it....but we couldn't figure out what the rest of the line was...i remember ian saying "I promise you'll find me in the afterglow" and then i remember asking him to try "i promise I'll find you in the afterglow"....and when he did, my heart stopped, and I literally started jumping all around the room, rolling on the floor laughing and saying "that's it! that's the fuckin' line!" I knew there was something special w/ that line fitting w/ that melody. It was one of the most memorable moments of my life.
