Honestly, I feel like the "first move" was kind of a mutual thing. I may be of no help here. But the best way to take it to the "next level" with the girl you like is to let her know you're into her. Maybe offer to take her out to dinner. :) Or, get her drunk and see where that goes. (...Just kidding on that last part.)
