I'm not very confident, either. Everyday is a constant struggle, you know? We all have our days. Sometimes looking in the mirror and pointing out the things you like about yourself physically can be refreshing. Works personality-wise, too. If there are things you don't like about yourself, change them. Slowly, and in the healthy way, of course!
