I have not - I did once or twice early on but the costs associated with large format were too much to stomach at the time. The results from large format are sure worth it for some shots though.

Sadly now with digital backs the price is still a bit too high for me to consider, but it would be something i would like to experiment with - I guess i need to find someone who has one and is willing to loan it out for a few days...
