I think that is part of the human condition. Logically, we know that there is a purpose to our life and our existence; but the reality is that, at times, we must go it alone. Dr Seuss said it best

I try not to regret things in general. With that said, I think it is easy to regret not having more confidence when it comes to my body and my ability to change it or be satisfied with it.
