First of all - Thank you. Secondly - I was not always a confident person. I used to absolutely hate my body. Unfortunately it took me a few years to realize what a waste of time that was. The most unhappy time of my life was when I was "skinny" which later on taught me that it is not about how much you weigh or what size you are, it's about how you see yourself and feel about yourself. I began with looking in the mirror and telling myself that I am beautiful. (cliche but it works) and over time I began to notice the shape of my body and to become appreciative of my curves. I think every person has something about themselves that they would like to improve but for the most part if you can love and accept yourself for who you are now then you will be a much happier and positive person in general and you will also be more successful in your journey to improve things about your life and your body. Life is far too short to waste any moment hating any part of yourself. I say embrace what you do have instead of focusing on what you don't.

He isn't a photographer as a profession but he does love photography. Honestly he works full time and doesn't have a whole heck of a lot of time left over to be taking random photos of me and that would be the last thing I would want to ask him to do after a long day at work!!

Hi! thanks for your question. My primary doctor had an inkling that I might have Fibromyalgia after a routine check up and sent me to a Fibromyalgia specialist and center. There they did a very thorough examination and took blood and tested me for pressure points. After the examination the doctor diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. I take Low-Dose Naltrexone or LDN for the fibro. It is a drug that is used to treat addictions but they found that taking it in extremely low doses not only can help the pain of Fibromyalgia but helps with boosting the immune system. It has helped immensely with my immunity. I also take certain supplements and vitamins for the Fibro as well. I suggest reading "From Fatigued To Fantastic" by Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum. He has amazing recommendations for fibro and treating it as naturally as possible.
