i think everyone does. otherwise, we wouldn't act the way we act. we wouldn't spare people's feelings, or be kind to as many people, or even bother talking to some. because what our friends and/or families think of us is so important to most.

generally. but i don't let other people know of said assumptions, because it seems to cause problems. so i just bask in my own glory.

potentially. i mean, it'd depend on the severity of the disease, and what happens with it. like, if i was carrying the gene for tay-sachs, or something like that, i wouldn't want to bring a child into the world if all they would experience is pain. but on the other hand, i don't think i'm really in the position to be gambling with someone's life. which is essentially what we're dealing with.
i know i haven't really answered the question. but it's a difficult topic.
