A 580ex & a 580. Nothing off camera, I am pretty minimual when it comes to set up, as in there is no set up. If I can't carry it with me then I won't use it. Do a search for Planet Neil. He has just about the best online resource I have seen for the use of flash at a wedding.

The only other time of the day I will use it is when I am taking portraits inside of a church. Otherwise, (paraphrasing Jeff A.) if I have a bad lighting situation I use more of the enviorment to cover up for bad light. It's always worked for me.

I despise the use of flash unless it's a reception. I am pretty close to Jeff Ascough on this philosophy. That's one reason I have a small army of 1.2 & 1.4 primes. They don't like flash either.

Nah, I had three camera's with me that day so I had all the focal lengths covered and didn't have to change lenses.

Jam to trance/house music and stop every 5 miles to take pictures of something cool. Makes the trip pretty long though when your driving 3,000 miles!

They weren't cheap, but I do think you get what you pay for. I really like the way they work on outdoor shots, because that's where you can really see the neat film like effects. I know of no other preset that can do what VSCO does in those conditions.

First of all my 50 1.4 (when I owned it) stopped working at wedding! :( It literally stopped focusing, even manually). Picture wise there is no comparison and it handles flare beautifully, I can shoot straight at the sun with it. The 50 1.4 is a good lens, the 1.2 is better.

Which type of processing? I have different approaches for my wedding vs fashion work. For weddings I do as little as possible & add no toning to my basic workflow. I just try to get a look that is a bit less digital so I use curves and a couple of film emulator plug ins. Whether or not it looks like film i could care less, I just like the way it looks.

At this time I shoot only digital. I am going to start shooting film in the future.

Used to be fall but the past couple of years I have spend part of the summers on the beach, so now I seem to be favoring the summer time.

Yes. We defeated them in Independence Day. They won't be back.

I have been eying up the 24 1.4 and I think that one will be my next lens purchase. I like the idea of tilt shift, but not sure if the cost can justify how much I will use it.

Generally there are only 3 I used the entire day: 85 1.2, 50 1.2, and my 35 1.4. The zooms all camp out in the bag in case they are needed in an emergency. Each has it's purpose. When I break down shots by lens the one that gets used the most is the 35 with the 50 a close second.
