Just the opposite! They are all are great roommates and great friends. They take care of the apartment, are easy to live with, have fun (for example, by shooting Nerf darts at each other), and spend time together by choice. After living by myself for three years, it is comforting to come home to a full apartment every evening. I also love that our apartment has become the default gathering place for our circle of friends (who are also great people).

I don't hold a grudge, so I won't publicly shame him by posting his name or linking to his Facebook profile. Though I suppose I could if I was feeling especially vengeful.

When I was in middle school, I had my own personal bully. He constantly picked on me, calling me names and pushing me in the hallway. He never seemed to bother anyone else. One day in gym class it got to be too much. I threw a basketball at him and followed that with a punch to the jaw. The entire class saw it, including the gym teacher. I got suspended for that, but the guy never bothered me again.
