Hello! Sorry it took me so long to respond. I'm not sure when you sent this.
How did I know? I could always feel it inside. But I really started questioning my feelings around age ten. I wondered why I preferred typical male activities over female ones, and especially throughout high school, my intense dislike of female clothing and mannerisms made me question myself more. In college, I finally realized the term for it all is "transgender." But there wasn't any defining moment. I just always knew.
I wish I could answer your question about cost. I haven't actually started testosterone hormone therapy yet. You have no idea how badly I wish I had, for my own sanity and in order to answer your question. But I have had some gender therapy. That was $100 per session. Don't worry, though--some psychological clinics will accept insurance. :) -

My birth name is Japanese, and it means "the fragrance of flowers." I love my birth name, but my other more fitting name (the one I chose myself and now go by) actually means "royalty." But I don't think of myself as all high and mighty and royal.
It was more of a thought process like this:
If you're royalty, you obviously did something right in your life to get to that high status. You're probably pretty proud of that, and happy. Happy is all I want to be in life. <3
I mean okay, you can argue that some royalty just inherited the throne, but for god's sake, don't read into it THAT much. xD -
Summer. Hands down, no doubt about it.

Something in my subscriptions where a man was dancing around and singing off tune.

I've done both. Beach is more touristy and summery, mountains are more relaxing. I'd probably go with beach because I'm just at that age where I want that sort of thing.

Candywise, I don't think much has changed since now and childhood. I may have liked gummy worms a bit more back then, though. But a long standing favorite was just a good ol' chocolate bar.
