I'd say maybe.. For their own reasons they're not releasing to the public because of "odd" side effects to the human body.

I think that we use electricity more than we use trees, honestly.
But I could be wrong[more than likely]..
I'd still pick drying hands with a hand dryer though.
I guess I just feel trees are more important for many reasons rather than just electricity; which was given to everyone as a luxury..
Trees are a part of nature, of course.
So I think trees protect us and do more for the environment in many more ways than we may actually know..
And in thinking of an answer for this question, this is the first response that popped into my head..
