I follow lots of authors. In fact, I decided against offering a giveaway in addition to my latest author interview. Sometimes I LOVE to know more about a certain author. It's not always about the books. Operative word being: always LOL

No. I don't review the author...I review the book.

When I'm not sure abt the book to begin with...definitely. If it's one I REALLY want to read....nope.

I would NOT buy it. If it's a book you really want to read...drop the author a short reminder email. If it's "just" a normal review request...nope I wouldn't bother.

Without naming a specific writer (or more)...I think a lot of authors of popular YA books are overrated.

Yes, I write and post them. Why? Because I want to be a reviewer...not a promoter. However, I can totally understand why others might not agree and only post 3-star and up reviews on their blog. That is just not for me.

I would review each book unless it's a compilation of short stories / novellas in one book. well, okay...I'd still review each story, but put it in one review post.

If it's a recommendation (related to my post) I don't mind.

5 times a week when I'm on semester break. During my semester only 1 post (review) a week unless I have more time (as in no assignments for uni).

It will be a year in June.

Of course I would keep it. My review policy clearly states that I hold the right to do so AND one can check my rating system. I would NEVER ever pull a review.

I wouldn't say I hated it. I liked it! Across the Universe. But it wasn't GREAT
