Actually, having thought about this question a little more it's evidently from someone I know who has some sort of issue with me. If so I encourage you to ask it to my face - it won't bother me, I'll just know who not to bother with in future.

Ginger hair and exuberant glasses!

Probably an extremely vivid dream I had when I was much younger and was (for reasons that are completely unknown to me) trying to drown myself in a river. The only other details I remember are that I was invisible and hiding from people trying to stop me. It's possible that I might have some issues.
As for recently, I've flashbacked a couple of times on a massive fall I took climbing recently where I fell 10m+ while leading sport. -
I'd say as many swear words on live tv as I could possibly manage. Then tell them I wanted world peace.
