      So, you say you have 'no shame' when it comes to iso. How high will you really go with the Mark III?

      12,800 and have even gone to 25,600... :)

      How did I not know this?? (Ask me anything?!?!?) I was wondering how you're liking your new 24-70L II. I feel guilty for hating my original, but ... it's just not sharp like my primes.

      The old one is shit compared to the new one... that thing is SO money! It's as sharp if not sharper than primes. WHAT?! Yeah... I said it. ;)

      The files you offer on disc are edited, correct?

      Yes. Everything we deliver is taken through Lightroom.

      How do you handle the tricky topic of model releases? Do you get them from the whole wedding party as well as the bride and groom, or just insert a clause into the contract? I keep reading horror stories about photogs not handling it properly. Thanks!!

      I see that you charge a flat rate for a portrait session and all of the images on a disc. Approximately how many images do you typically include on a disc of a portrait session? Thanks!

      When you first started the business and were still in the process of raising your prices, how did you explain to clients who asked (if they did) "why are you XX amount now when you only charged my friend X a month ago?"

      Prices change based on demand... that's the way the economy works... you don't owe anyone an explanation. :D Just sayin'.

      Hello, first off i love your work! I was just wondering two things. One, how many weddings do you have in a year? Secondly, what do you use for a flash/lighting set up for your wedding? I'm in my second year as a wed/photo so i was just curious : )

      weddings... 25ish. :D Second, we use Canon 600's.... One on camera as a trigger and two off camera with a stofen cap set to slave. :D

      Do you verbally present yourself as a photographer and what you create before the session or at the session? (As in, that you like to shoot relationships and personalities...not just people standing around)

      Yes, I present that throughout the entire process... from my website through the session... everything is laid back and fun... creating the best environment for natural and relaxed portraits.

      Hey Bobbi! I've noticed that you guys don't really watermark anymore, not even the tiny unobtrusive ones you used to use. What was your reasoning for your decision? How do you deal with photo theft/misuse, if at all? P.S. Murphy is the cah-uuutest!

      hey Addie! :D I quit water-marking in the summer of 2011 as I just started paring down my workflow when my mom got sick. I just never re-started using it... that being said, I should start again. :D

      How do you deal with a family session that has a little one that is not cooperating because they did not have their nap for the day?

      be patient... take breaks... hang out with the kid without the camera... the kid will calm down eventually. :D If I only get 15 minutes of good attitude time, I take fullll advantage! I'd rather have 30 amazing images of good smiles than 100 mediocre images because I was pushing kids to smile. Know what I mean?

      Hello! I am currently shooting with 2 5D original bodies. Would you reccommend I upgrade to the mkii before the mkiii? Or should I make the leap to the mkiii? I LOVE candids and there are many times I miss focus when I wish I hadn't. I shoot all prime.

      Thanks! Our workshop alumni group is going to be getting a family workshop... but I don't have any plans on doing one as a first round workshop.
