The first answer that popped into my head was, of course, Korean, but come to think of it, I maybe should pick something different and much harder since I'd become fluent instantly...maybe Chinese? It's a pretty important language and super difficult...of course, fluent is kind of a weird word...I would want to be completely fluent, speaking, reading, writing and listening...

I think maybe a large company would have more opportunities for travel, so probably a large company. However, a small company has its own charm too. At a small company, interpersonal relationships may be closer.
