That's a bit of an odd question!! I have one pair of Nike running shoes, but I never wear them because I just don't like how they fit my feet.

Many... black, royal blue, red... depends for what!

No way -- I hardly ever buy frozen cauliflower, unless it's in a Steamfresh blend. I definitely prefer fresh, though it's a pain to prepare.

No, I don't. If I didn't eat regular pasta, then that would be a logical conclusion, but I don't view it as a pasta substitute. It's entirely different.

I do, though I'm really getting kind of sick of it. But if I don't, it's too easy for me to reduce my intake without even realizing it... and I can't do exchanges, they just confuse me.

I'm not at all knowledgeable about things like that -- I'm not sure why you'd get the impression that I am! In fact, I'm not even sure what most of the exercises are called, so I'd have to research that one first. ;)

I'm running by distance, not time; so it really depends on how slow I am! I go to the gym practically every day, either way. I get very, very grumpy if I can't.

I do read pretty much every day... I don't have a particular favorite (okay, that's a little bit of a lie, but I hate the whole "high school nepotism" thing so I'm not going to point them out). In general, I like ... GENERAL blogs that are multi-dimensional in terms of the person writing it, so that you can actually get a glimpse of their personality. And I also don't tend to read "big" blogs; I like to think that whether I read / comment actually makes a difference to someone, and I don't think getting 1,999 comments instead of 2,000 would make much of a difference.

Actually, I prefer Jocalat bars to Larabars. But I guess I'd have to say blueberry muffin!

Soy yogurt is Wildwood; dairy yogurt is usually Norman's.

Yes... I never really cared for red meat, but I haven't eaten poultry since I encountered a chicken wing that looked like the chicken was trying to fly away as they killed it.

To be honest, "the holiday season" is just like any other time of the year to me, considering I don't celebrate Christmas! And I view New Year's resolutions as a Hallmark holiday kind of thing... like, if you love your mom and dad, you ought to show them that EVERY day, not just on Mother's Day and Father's Day. So, no, I don't have a New Year's resolution.

There isn't a set amount; if there's something I use frequently and that won't go bad, I stock up on it when it's on sale. (Which explains why my freezer is filled with Steamfresh vegetables...) I do one "big shop" a week, but that isn't just for me, so it might be $30, it might be $100, depending on what everyone else wants / needs. I prefer to pick things up as I need them -- easier to get them home that way! The only things I really need to frequently buy as "staples" are yogurt, cottage cheese, and fresh produce (currently cauliflower is at the top of that list); everything that is non-perishable, especially things that other people here eat too, I usually buy in bulk.

Sadly, most of the time he IS serious. He does have a weird sense of "humor," but in the case of telling me to unpack everything he'd told me to pack? Nope, he wasn't kidding.

Ha, I never really thought about it, but it appears that I prefer to spend more on my hair, since I do. I'm not quite sure why that is!

It depends on the facility. There are residential treatment centers that are basically just summer camps, which, if you ask me, do an incredible job of encouraging people to stay sick. I went IP in a hospital setting, and it wasn't ED-exclusive; and, yes, it was pretty much like I'd imagine prison to be. I NEVER want to go back there.
-
COMPLETELY, right after I left IP. I've been very close a few times since then, but I have a bad bad habit of freaking out when that happens.
