I really wish I could be of more help, but when I don't flat-iron my hair, it just gets fluffy by itself. If I want more volume I'll tease it before I go to sleep, then poof it up with my fingers that morning.
I've never used any volumizing shampoos or conditioners, so I don't know what can naturally give you a similar effect.
I would suggest to buy a good mousse and blow-dry that in with your head upside down!

It is not necessary, but it is recommend.
I take Iron and B12 vitamins.

I dress in clothes that go nicely together just like everyone else. How I look is 'normal' to me, so I don't get dressed and think "I wonder if this makes me look different or makes me stand out." I definitely don't think I'm a special snowflake!

Either way you know what I mean. But I have to work for my body. I've never been the girl with the naturally flat tummy and small thighs.
I hate this adjective because it sounds so foul, but I've been described as ~thick~
Since I exercise and eat well, my tummy is -not flat- thinner. I think that it looks smaller because I have a larger chest.
And my thighs are less larger(?? heh that's hard to word correctly) than they naturally are.
Either way, that's my body type and bone structure, and that's not something you can change!
