It depends on where your philosophies lie I guess. Some people can get happiness with money- such as going to movies, buying games or cars or other junk. Some people enjoy sunsets and rain and the outdoors, and it's obvious money doesn't buy that. That aside, like any human emotion, happiness is indeed temporary so whether or not money buys it is a fleeting thought because if you buy something it really would only make you happy for the moment. If it always made you happy then in all eventuality your cell's receptors would have too high of a threshold to ever become happy again if they were used all the time. Like people who drink a lot of caffeine....
