Exactly. You should have your goal final date just after new years. For example, my goal has a closing date of January 14th, and has been going for just over 8 weeks, and it really kept me on track over the Christmas period.

All part of the circle of life. I was mainly referring to sweating though (you know the expression "sweat out pure alcohol"). Although yes, it does help with, 'digestion' to help things to get 'moving'.

I'll keep him anonymous to protect his identity. Plus - he is redeeming himself by putting me through a session another day to see if he can make me throw up.
Working out can be so sexy. -

I'm not shallow or only into superficially good looking people - just to be square.
I'm determined, I'm sarcastic, I take pride in myself and how I try to speak with integrity and meaning. If I don't have anything valuable or nice to say, I will sit and listen, not form opinions, and just accept fact.
I love knowing what I'm doing and when. I'm driven by goals with numbers and benchmarks.
I value being able to be my lame self infront of someone and not be ashamed of it.
I love cooking for my guests, and being an excellent host. It makes me nervous to invite people into my bedroom.
I have a guarded heart which is only open to those who really make the effort to get to know me, and not just my body.
I love a play-fight and my facial expressions are a clear window into what I'm feeling. I cover my face when I'm embarrassed, I drift my eyes when I'm day dreaming. If I want something, I'll stare into it.
I love being my own boss and running two businesses. I'm also respectful when I'm not in control and accept criticism gracefully and with a nod.
I'll wear heels to do the groceries, when I'm home alone I'll be in knickers, I rarely brush my hair but I try to look decent at all times.

Always gotcha back. Even though I may be the younger sister, it's often mistaken that I'm the older, more protective sibling. Love you x

Thanks for wishing sickness upon me - although it really gets me down when I'm sick!!

Maybe I can accomplish a happy balance of PT, bartending and DJing and live the dream

Although when I am 40 I may realise that I didn't need it, if you can help yourself feel more confident, more comfortable in your skin, & you can do it now, when you care most, then why not. I would never do it for another person, purely for my own well-being.

I try not to let other people's snide comments bring me down, because most of us spend our spare time with family & friends, but clearly they have nothing better to do than scroll through my life and throw insults my way. Thankyou :)

I'd be thoroughly impressed, more-so appreciating the hard work and the body behind it.
Tres` sexxxyy -
It's not their skinny-ness I'm interested in. It's what they're doing, the emotion behind their embraces and the beauty of the picture.
No need to desire about the skin & bone, poking out ribs, and the fact that they spend their weekends wearing army boots and smoking cigarettes in a gutter with buckled knees. -
I'm not about the skinny people, I'm about the emotion behind their actions in their pictures. Not some shallow girl who only cares about skinny ribs and smoking cigarettes in ripped stockings and army boots.

I am a fan of Poliquin's attitude and his training styles, although being vegetarian I mix his theories with Joel Furnham and Paul Chek. No use only studying one person's ideas of training and food when you can take in many.

Well, the idea of the article was the many different ideas of 'perfection'. That particular picture being someone's idea of perfection, as dictated by Google.
Although being surrounded by PTs & like-minded gym-goers every day, I understand the passion for achieving 8% body fat and hypertrophy training goals. -
You mean the day after consuming heaps of Johnny A-tab and then a six pack of beers and champagne?
No I do not remember, but I shall hold out.
