today i bought quick dry towels on clearance at Target. my life is exciting.

sewing, reading, walking outside, planning, writing. throw away my cell phone and i could get more of my "real life" done.

My Lady is my dream car. Since that is taken care of...i would like an early 90's Subaru Loyale, a 1960's autostick VW bug, and something with power windows/locks & reliable heat might be a nice change of pace, too.

local bands, eh...I loved Only Blood Will Tell.
Elyson, then. i'm obviously some sort of local music snob. oh, & i like My Fictions.

here goes:
my brother was in a (i hardly use this term, but under most standards this best describes them) "hardcore" band for a few years and i was close with all the guys. i designed, bought, and sold merch for them, took photos, went to every show, etc. in 2007 chris joined the band on guitar. i saw him on halloween night at a show, he had a huge jew fro and was wearing a shirt that was obviously too small for him, he was freaking out and hitting people with his guitar and i didn't really think much else. haha
the boys took a break and didn't practice much but eventually they started to more and chris found me online and we started talking. summer of 2008 he switched to vocals and he stayed at my house for a few nights and hung out with my brother and me. I didn't want to admit that i liked him. he told me he wasn't going to give up on me.
one night at a show i got into a bad fight with someone who, at the time, was my best friend. i started walking down a sketchy street trying to find my car. chris followed me and i cried on his shoulder and he drove me home. that was kind of the night i figured out that he was worth a shot. we made it "official" in july 2008. as we were saying goodbye at my car i kissed him and said "so i think you're my boyfriend" and then i left. i got a text from him that said i could take it back if i wanted to and i really didn't. we've been together ever since. he was my first everything. our relationship got serious very fast and i actually felt okay about that. being friends first was absolutely the best thing for both of us.

yes. but i will proudly drive there in my Volkswagen and be content with leaving in a German car :)

obviously i wouldn't let my best friend die. i don't think i would let anyone die just because i didn't want to gross myself out. probably my brother? what a strange question.

um...i don't even use this anymore so its weird that i have two questions all of a sudden.

cool, thanks. i know just where that is. i'm actually working right off Main right now. i'll have to see if chris has any interest in going. i personally, think it would do him a lot of good.

there have not been many. i'm having kind of an awful week.
best moment would probably be coming home last night to see my dogs back from their vet appointments with their pink and blue gauze bracelets on (from having blood drawn) and them being really excited to see me. animals are great at making me feel better!

i took a few photos last night of myself, but they were for a painting i did for christopher for valentines day.

i'm planning on getting out and learning to use my sewing machine properly once i have room for it to be set up.

i talk about this every single night on the phone with chris when he's up at school. the seaside in grease, india, copenhagen, coventry, london, hawaii, nevada, california, ireland...if i could pick one right now i'd say copenhagen, denmark would be my number one though.
