That depends party on how cute they are and if they seem sane after talking for a bit.

But it wouldn't put me that off and would work as a way to get your foot in the door.

I think I will have to say Lord of the Flies, simply because I have been forced to read and reread this book five times for classes since junior high.

This has particularly not taught me Golding's message that humans are innately evil or malicious, but that people are extraordinarily lazy and conformist.

Between all of the times I had to read the book between schools and school districts the questions never changed, never got harder never got easier. It was all over analyzing everything written in to the book, if you are proficient at bullshitting something even remotely coherent you are good.

So I suppose Golding got me to be a bit more of a pessimist than I already was about humanity, not because without a ruling power we will result in killing each other.

No, as much as I think it would be nice for those who are below a certain IQ not to have any say in society, there is a line that is crossed when you exterminate a huge portion of the population.

Not to sound like a dick, but if those with lower IQs are probably more likely to be working physical labour and if they are not there to do that job that means someone who has a higher IQ will have to fill in and take that position which was lost. In aggregate this would slow down the development of technology.

I have to go with the suit with the cloaking device, as a spy you are to gain knowledge without revealing where/who you are, the best way to that that would be to not be seen, not with a flashy jet pack or force field. Being flashy does not make your task any easier.

I do not see why not, it if is something that I will never get any use out of and someone else can use I have no reason to keep it for myself. Also do not that I do not recall anyone being able to do harm with the holophonor in the show.

Sorry, I took so long to answer your question. I required much more thought than most others I've answered.

I would say at every point "I" took a different path, so much so that that person had stopped resembling me, but only someone who may look somewhat like me.

That person could have been more physically active during junior high and not been bitchy and avoided PE classes. That person could have also applied themselves (Yes, I am using that word correctly) a bit more when it came to schoolwork.

If I had done that I might not have wandered in to #seattlefurs when I was bored one afternoon when I realized that there where furry IRC servers (which I quickly realized where a crappy place to lurk) and not been re-introduced in to the fandom and met amazing people like Drew and all the other furs in the area.

I am not saying that things more recently couldn't have changed how things are now by far.

So In short I guess the other me would have been doing things differently for a long time and I wouldn't call that person me by far. I guess I didn't really answer your question, but I don't think I could if I tried. There are just way too many ways things could change every single moment.

Douglas Adams, well he's a hoopy frood who really knows where his towel is.

Grant Naylor (Rob Grant and Doug Naylor), they are behind Red Dwarf and Doug Naylor did the books biased off the series.

John Green. Okay, I'm not sure what to say here, I'm just a sucker for young adult fiction by him.

Thomas Ryan’s Bio

Umm. Yeah. I'm me. I am notoriously bad at monologues so if you ever want to know anything at all feel more than welcome to ask. I guess I'm kind of weird in that I try to honestly answer any question I am asked regardless of subject.
