It's approximately 2 cups of chopped rhubarb. Depending on how deep your pie dish is, you want a 2:3 ratio of rhubarb and strawberry.

biscuits are, for me, almost as ideal as pie. they're delicious on their own or with other things. they can conform to other dishes or stand alone, they range from breakfast to dessert. plus, they're a much loved emblem of the south.
