I suppose it would be between two moments, both in Rock Band 1: Hitting the "Ow" in Next To You for the first time (do have video after hitting it) or my completely unexpected non-glitch XVox FC of Sabotage during BQP, where it would have been the first ever FBFC, but JLC randomly missed one note (do not have video).
