If they came here illegally they do not deserve amnesty and they should not be allowed to get on our welfare programs and should be prosecuted if they attempt to vote and are not citizens.

I believe in free market solutions and not government mandates. Unions have sent more jobs over seas than the minimum wage does.

No one is saying that public employees can't have reasonable pensions. We are just saying they can't have gold plated excessive pensions that the public never promised and can't afford to fund. The PERS benefits are being protected by the courts, not public employee unions.

We should, in fact the right to bear arm is granted under the US Constitution to all American citizens. Therefore it should not matter what state you live in you should be able to carry a weapon unless you are a convicted felon.

Your numbers are conspicuously erroneous and I would not support repeal of all taxes because there are legitimate government services that people want to pay for, they just don't want to pay as much as they are now and they certainly don't want to pay more.

You may not like my answer but I’m afraid we are not going to find a middle ground because one does not exsist. Talk about middle ground and learning to just get along sounds good, but it is naïve. Right now, we are in a battle for the very soul of this country and our state. One side will win and one side will lose. One side is for socialism and big government solutions and the other believes in individual responsibility and more free oriented, free enterprise solutions, the principles upon which this country was founded. These two approaches are polar opposites and like oil and water they don’t mix well. We will not find a middle ground. We are going to go one way or the other.

I have two times scheduled to be in Eastern Oregon. One is May 8th and 9th in La Grande at the Home Show. The other is April 20th in Prineville at the Central Oregon Patriots which I believe is at the Prineville High School.

Initiative 50 was originally my idea that others have picked up and are running with. If the legislature or the secretary of state does redistricting, the entire process will be gerrymandered in favor of the democrats and they and the public employee unions will continue their reign of terror for another decade.

The answer to your question is yes. That's why criminals love gun free zones. It means that their victims will all be unarmed. It's not like criminals obey the law or anything. If they did they wouldnt be criminals. So, only the law abiding citizens will be unarmed.
