Jonas, I love your work, I am thinking about putting togethor a local photography workshop here where I live, I was wondering if you have any adivce on things to do or cover, as well as what to charge?
Unfortunately impossible for me to answer. I don't know you, your skills and what you want the workshop to be about. I've seen workshops offered for $300 and I've seen others for $5000.
I'll say one thing though. Just because there is interest doesn't man that you should offer one.
Offering workshops is tempting to a lot of photographers, but until you really, really have something great to share, I would be extremely weary. Only when you feel you HAVE to do a workshop because you have something to share, should you offer one.

you've got 2 seconds to pick 1 camera before it all goes up in flames...quick which would you choose: contax or mamiya rz67?
don't know that i would pick a camera up, i'd be too busy making sure all my kids and my wife were ok. that's what insurance is for dude...

you mention shooting with iso 5000-6400, will the photos turn out too grainy when you print an enlargement?
What's "too grainy"?
I don't worry too much about technical perfection. A captured grainy/noisy moment at ISO 6400 is better than one not captured at all. -
What is the most helpful tip you can give to other photographers?
Shoot shoot shoot, practice practice practice
