too late on the holiday! I usually stay up untill 2 or 3 and one night I stayed up untill 4 and woke up at 8 :/ haha

Be persistent! don't give up! consistency and quantity are the most important thing. The more you stretch and the types of stretches are really important. what is the main type of flexibility you are trying to achieve? Goodluck and think positive! xxxx :)
