Can you send me a personal email? I can definitely help you more personally through messaging.
1. talk to your university about buying fruit in bulk.
2. if that doesnt work out, get a sams club and/or costco membership. I no longer have a meal plan with my university but i have a sams membership and it greatly cuts down on fruit prices.
3. when you go to a grocery store, ask if you can buy in bulk (like buy a box of bananas) - they will usually do it for you for a good price. -
banana-strawberry smoothie. 8 bananas and a handful of strawberries.

Well, I think it is natural for us to run (because we'd probably run from predators in nature) but we probably wouldn't run for the period of time and intensity that runners do these days. It is true that long periods of running is bad for the joints. I personally don't run due to an old foot injury that doesn't allow me to do so.

Hmm I go in phases with this, and most of the time I don't have any dressing - i just started to appreciate the buttery taste of plain lettuce. However, One of my favorite dressings is blended mango and tomato. I also like squeezing lemon or lime on my salad... or fresh OJ. Salads are a lot better when they're sweet =)

farmer's markets. I'm not gonna lie - in Australia it's hella expensive. But it's worth it for my health.
