Yes. Obesity is a problem in Canada. People are getting fatter and fatter but it's not as common as in the US. I know that NY is one of the finest place and it is one of the main fashion centres but we need to set our limits straight. Not all trends needs to be followed.

Yeah, I am a native french speaker because I live in a city in which the official languages are french and english :P
I don't really have a favourite french movie but I do understand why you would be interested in french cinema. French cinema and foreign movies in general have a different formula than what we are used to see in north america, when it comes to film making. This different sauce is what makes everything a little bit more interesting. But there is something about french movies that I cannot grasp, they have this (lol, french) je ne sais quoi, ahah, this french spice in their movies.
About Sheitan, I didn't know about the movie and I just watched it. Huge wtf moment, lol. What happened in the end? Was everything a dream or it did really happen? Why did beardman need bart's eyes? Anyway, it's almost 2am here, lol -

Anyway, I get your point, I dislike very much those old perverted freaks that randomly shout at me from time to time. They are fucking disgusting. Do they really think they can get youngsters that way? I mean, they should look at themselves in the mirror. But then again, you have mental illnesses that can gravely distort the image you perceive of yourself such as anorexia, manorexia and others psychological deviances. Maybe these old people who think they are still in their teens suffer from a mental disease that cause them to think they are still youngsters and stuff. Anyway, enough of this divagation, I don't like them. Why can't they find older grannies to play bunny with. Do they even get young girls? If they do, these young girls must be dumb. hhaha lol, i like the comparison. It is true afterall, they all look the same. Some would argue that it is because they all share the same surgeon and other would say that it is because they are really picky in terms of beauty canons. Why kpop is so popular? I cannot claim to know the true answer to this question but I do have my little theory on this. I think Kpop's rise in popularity is the same phenomenon to as why Jpop was "dominating", back in the days. People look for something new and jpop can be perceived as saturated. Also, the other reason why kpop have it easier than jpop nowaday is due to the fact that kpop is, in a way, more accessible. Kpop is nothing original, they are essentially copying whatever is raging is the west. People actively look for originality but they are also unconsciously looking for something that is not too unorthodox to what they are used to. "Original" for some because they're not white, blacks and mainstream in the west. As for Kpop's popularity in Asia\{s.korea}, s.k's GDP has been increasing alot during the last decade only to compete with japanese exportations, it could partially explain why kpop has been slowly intruding themselves in the rest of asia and slowly taking over markets that were once dominated by the japanese. And yeah, even though they are not specially talented for singing and/or dancing, they are good performers and I think this is what sets them apart from other acts. Plus, they are shallow...and the rest of the world likes to look at pretty animated things

i wanted to say that the same phenomenon can be observed about something else. Slowly gaining fame and prosperity is the korean pop cultulre. I have seen alot, alot(!!) of girls and guys alike who worship these korean pop icons like how an otaku would worship theirs. It's really sad. They are rampant on and off the net. And they have the same zealous approach when it comes to defending their taste. "omg omg GD GDGDGDGDGDD"
Alot of wapanese zealots I know have become kpop fans and they are slowly shifting their faith into korean culture. Somehow, I feel as if alot of kpop worshiper are the evolution of otakus. They feel the need to be unique and in their uniqueness, they lose themselves. It's the same situation with myspace emos becoming hipsters overtime...

Lol! yeah, true. I really despise them more than anything else and I have my reasons for it. You want to know something funny? I think the stereotype of fat comics man living in their parents' basement is true. Yesterday, my brother went to this otaku event called Otakuthon and from what I have seen from the pictures he has taken, everyone of them are fat and pseudo-obese. It's not a cute fat thing, it's disgustingly fat since they put emphasis on their fatness by cosplaying in their 9y/o little sister's costume... They have the attitude too, you know, like that fat guy in the simpsons...
I also hate it when they try to have the wtf-japanese pronounciation for everything. They call apples <i>appuru</i> and panties <i>pantsu</i>. I mean come on, even japanese people would laugh at you fat wapanese monkeys.
If I wasn't evil, I would post a drawing of a wapanese girl I know. But that's going to be really evil since the girl is easy to recognize on the street...oh well here's the picture LOL:

Nope, I'm a bad cook! I like watching cooking shows on youtube though. This one lady make food that looks really good. Her channel is called betty's kitchen. She cooks southern american style and it looks yummy all the time! Plus, she was really awkward when she first started her web capsules so it just made the thing even more cuter.

The last time I cooked something, the bottom part burned. My soups' taste vary greatly in flavor. Or they are overdosed in salt or they aren't. It's an all or nothing case.
You can ask me to synthesize you a pie, I can try to make one. But I'm pretty sure it will get burnt. Burnt things are edible too...they are just bad for health, haha xD
