I am feeling better. Cry is good every once in a while. And no, no SHOTs haha. I turned on my laptop and listen to my favorite songs, read some messages from people that I love as a constant reminder that everything's going to be alright.

hmm. happiness is accepting one's self identity, being carefree, being scared but willingness to try, humming your favorite all time songs, smiling at some random old stranger, being appreciated, nonsense convo with friends, and being yourself without any worries of being judged or misjudged.
