Hello, sorry for the late reply. Yes someone studying abroad can send an entry as long as he fulfills the requirements posted in our tumblr: ateneovideoopen13.tumblr.com. Pleas be reminded though that the entry's director (and writer if he/she is participating in the short narrative category) is/was in college during the time of production. To answer the second question, yes you can submit the entry. Thank you for supporting AVO 13!
