When people say "you're welcome" when it's somewhat out of context. As though you would be SOOOOOOO GRATEFUL to receive that link about a bacon alarm clock that you don't even need to say "thank you," because it's implied. I always laugh at that.
Also, when someone says "I don't care about what *someone in the room* says, I think you're *compliment*" that one always cracks me up. -

Well I take the bus to work, and I also make my own hours... but IF I was driving, I'd stop or call someone to come and get the dog.
