I think every book serves it's own purpose, either as something representing good writing and literature or bad writing. It's impossible to tell the difference if you don't have that opposition.
In all honesty, if I *HAD* to choose. I'd choose the Bible. I can't think of any other book that has caused so much devastation, loss of life, and hatred. I know that there are plenty of people who don't use it as rationalization of their own fears and prejudices, but if I HAD to choose, the Bible would be it. -
Like what span of ages would the Stephanie Plum series be good for?
I'd say 20 and up? Most people I encounter who like them are women around my mother's age (45ish). -
