It really depends on the subject. When I first started, I spent a LOT of time, but now I am able to get the images nearly perfect straight out of the camera, so they just need a little "polish". For the average session, I spend about 1-2 hours editing. Newborn sessions take a bit longer to remove redness, scratches, acne, etc.
