I once made homemade cupcakes that were AMAZING. They were these lemon cupcakes with this raspberry dressing that was just the right amount of sweet. They were so spring like, pretty and to top it off--they were filled with raspberry jam. SO GOOD.

Although the best cupcakes I've ever had were from Crumbs. And pretty much EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR. You cannot go wrong with those giant cupcakes that were so moist, the frosting absolutely amazing (buttercream FTW) and just...heaven. Melty, yummy, sugary heaven. And you have to eat those slow, gotta enjoy that!

There are so many things to do!! I definitely recommend taking a dinner or booze cruise around manhattan--it's the best way to see the skyline and also REALLY FUN. You should also hit up the shake shack this summer for their frozen custard. TO DIE FOR. The lines are long but totally worth it. Go out to Williamsburg, Brooklyn (first stop on the L once you get out of manhattan) on the weekends and walk along Bedford and check out all the cute stores and sidewalk sales. Go see Shakespeare in the Park in the summer, check out the Guggenheim on Saturday (or friday--can't remember) nights, it's free for a certain period of time! I loved just going to new restaurants, that usually occupied a lot of my time. Union Square has a great farmers market in the summer (christmas market for, you guessed it, christmas).

You know? I should just write a blog post with things to do in nyc!! There is so much! so I guess watch out for that soon :)

Hmm..this is a hard question! Anne Frank's Diary inspired me to write at a young age and to start writing in a journal. Eat Pray Love reminded me why I adore traveling (and Italy) and inspired me to have a different attitude towards life. I just read The Alchemist and it was SO fitting for my life right now and the attitude I have been having lately. Also, I read it in TWO DAYS. Granted not that long of a book, but I never ever ever read a book that fast unless I really loved it.

A nice, smooth glass of white wine, definitely. That actually sounds really good, I may have to stop by the liquor store on the way home ;)

I'm actually about to write a guest post about this! My worst date is a tie. One was the first date I had off of Match.com where the guy was really creepy and tried coming into my apartment even after I had denied his advances and never invited him in. The second was another date off of match that I didn't recognize from his pictures. He was about 50 lbs heavier. And he knew I didn't recognize and called me out on it. How about the fact that you lied in your profile??? AWKWARD.

There obviously are no negatives to living with her--she's such a positive, vibrant force that you can't help but be inspired by her-especially living with her! I can't say I have been surprised by anything yet, it's only been a month, but she loves cooking and I love baking and I have a feeling it's going to be a wonderful partnership!

I think home is what we carry within us, where our friends are, with our families. I've never felt ties to any one place and don't know if I ever will "settle down." I've grown to love discovering new places by living in them; but as I get older I do recognize a desire to stay in one place, to have a sense of being grounded to one place. I never want to stop traveling, I never want to give up that exploring nature I have--it's what makes us unique--but the idea of having a place to come home to is a nice thought.

There's only one book that I have really re-read on multiple occasions and that is And Then There Were None (aka Ten Little Indians) by Agatha Christie. Was one of my first favorites and still remains one. I have this thing where I forget what happens in books (gotta love long term memory loss) so eventually, I forgot who dun it and can reread it and still be surprised.

There was this pizza place that was open super late a block away from my apartment in NYC that I used to stop in everytime I'd stumble home drunk. I usually HATE pizza (I know, how am I american?!) but I would always get their sausage pizza and it definitely hit the spot. I remember one night though when I accidentally ordered the eggplant and was extremely disappointed. And the morning after, when the hangover is in full swing, I need me some Dunkin Donuts sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Nothing cures quite like grease!

Seeing that I'm not consuming ANY alcohol currently, I'd have to say I miss wine the most. Or champagne. Since they're sort of in the same family can I say white wine/champagne as my one choice? Because I love both of them ridiculously, and equally.

I expect us to be on the floor in about .5 seconds of this run-tackle hug and the squealing will make people WINCE. But they'll love it because HOW AWESOME WILL IT BE?! So excited!

I will stop EVERYTHING I am doing and start fist pumping and singing along to Don't Stop Believing by Journey. This really developed after many nights at the Joshua Tree in NYC where they had the big screens and played 80s music and their corresponding videos. You cannot help but sing along! JUST A CITY BOYYY BORN AND RAISED IN SOUTH DETROIIIT!

I'm embarrassed to even answer this question because.....I have no routine. I literally wash it with healthy volume shampoo and conditioner from Tresemme (currently, it could be ANYTHING) and then brush it, and blow dry it. Some days it looks fabulous, some days it looks like a mess. But that's literally all I do. You were probably looking for some miracle product, but alas, there is none.

How about chocolate IN cheese? I have a passion for both and a year ago, at my company christmas party, I was introduced to the amazingly wonderful CHOCOLATE CHEESE. It was heaven, in a small square, bite-sized form! It is my life mission to find this again and when I do? You better believe I will be stocking up as if I were going into hibernation for the next 10 years.

As if there were anything more important! The thing I miss most? My friends. Without a doubt, those crazy people I call my friends. I miss just going to their apartments and hanging out with nothing better to do than watch the OC all day. I also miss sunday morning brunches, dinner parties, the picnics in central park and surprisingly--getting to dress up in all my fancy dresses. So many things to miss but luckily brunch is coming back in a major way in CO! :)

The VIBE this place has. It has such amazing energy and just seems to just glow. I don't know how else to describe it, outside of glowing. (or maybe thats just me!) Everyone is so friendly, so willing to help and from everywhere else and has done something similar to what I have done. They ALL seem to love this place and I'm in love with it as well. (Not to mention the mountains which I'm still enthralled with!! Don't get me started on those!)
