Ah, well! It comes from one of my favourite Muse songs, "I belong to you" which is half in French. I once Google Translated the lyrics and "Réponds à ma tendresse" translates to "answer my love," so basically I just changed the word "love" to "dream" because it's my favourite word :).

Winter. There's no hayfever, it's cold but you can easily warm up most of the time, and the fashion is my favourite.

It would depend how much, but I would probably race down to Allphones and get myself an epic iPhone and then I would cry with joy and text everyone expressing my joy and then over the next few weeks I would brag to everyone that I finally have an iPhone and then my friends would probably get sick of me, they would probably end up ditching me, but it would be okay because I have an iPhone :).
