I couldn't stand it for so long--the sing-song intonation, singlish, English mixed with every other language.. Yeah, it doesn't sound particularly refined but it doesn't bother me anymore 'cause it's one of those things you simply can't change. I do laugh to myself a little whenever I'm first back in Singapore, it's like a smack in the face, haha.
