Hands down, the friends I've made and the kindred spirits I've encountered! I'm not very good at making friends in the 'real world', so having an online community of people who share my passions and interests is invaluable to me. I'd be very lonely indeed without my blog buddies!

Believe it or not, right now I wouldn't live anywhere but San Francisco! It would be amazing to buy an old Victorian and fix it up. If I had to pick another place, a weekend home in Carmel would be lovely, one of those elfin little cottages along the coast.

Moved to San Francisco a year and a half ago, though my family is from out here and I went to school out here so it feels like home. Fave things to do? Hike to the top of Twin Peaks, get coffee at Philz or Ritual in the Mission, view the Bay from the top of Pacific Heights.

(blushing) In truth, the web sees about 1/1000th of the photos that I take. I'm a very ruthless editor (and the huz is a very good photoshop magician ;)

I have plenty of fears, both petty and big, but the thing that gets my heart racing is the thought of drowning. I've been trapped underwater before and it was the single most terrifying experience of my life.
